ABOUT GAIL
I’m not here to bring more theory to the table—I bring experience. Over the past 20 years, I’ve sat in every seat around it: Executive Director, CEO, Board Chair, facilitator, advisor, and sometimes the one cleaning up after a tough decision.
I’ve led during times of growth and under pressure. Most moments brought breakthroughs; one brought hard lessons. But each experience shaped how I work, with clarity, empathy, structure, and purpose.
As the founder of Recharge Solutions, I work shoulder-to-shoulder with nonprofit leaders navigating change, growth, or renewal. Whether you're onboarding new directors, developing your next strategic plan, or preparing for leadership transition, I’m here to help you focus on what matters and act with confidence.
I believe strong boards and leadership teams don’t need more theory, they need tools, perspective, and honest support.
